One night there was this woman in the to-go room, having an absolute fit over her ceasar salad, which apparently did not have enough croutons for her. The to-go person brought her more croutons, but that wasn't enough. The manager bought her a full order of pasta, with shrimp and scallops, but that wasn't enough, either. She took a picture of her crouton-deficient ceasar salad (which looked as though it had the normal amount of croutons to me,) and emailed the district manager about it.
