When I first found this picture, I thought for sure I was about to stumble upon the most ghetto restaurant in the country. Unfortunately, Applebee’s still holds that title. After watching the video below, it looks like Lillie Mae’s House of Soul Food is a pretty legit soul food
I think what is most amazing is that place can have a “ghetto grape kool-aid” drink special, server an all-you-can-eat lunch, and look like they still have nicer clientele than the restaurant I work at.
